as long as you realize what it’s for, it’s great.
I hope for the developers sake that when more developers download this app they don’t begin giving it low starred reviews because it’s very bare bones compared to other code editors. The thing to keep in mind, is that is the intention of this app. I can vibe with this app right off the bat, knowing that I have Atom for my huge projects, but now I have another code editor that can be launched in a second and edit any single scripts I need to change. This is a significant improvement to my workflow, as before when I would go to edit a random script, it would launch Atom and (usually) try to resume where I left off in my last projects. When you work on large code bases, this takes a long time to load.
This app has been a huge time saver. I do hope the developers continue adding more features into this app, one thing that would be nice is the addition of a “select next instance of word” like Atom has.
**Updated Review for 0.1.2)** small now supports uploading to gist which is an awesome feature for github aficionados like myself. I do hope they add actual gist management tools in the future (edit/delete gists)
**Updated Review for 0.1.3)** The new emmet support is greatly appreciated! Being able to instantly create long lists using “li*9” and tabbing through them, works flawlessly!
